Cindi R. Maciolek hails from Detroit, but now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduating from Michigan State University, Cindi first made her way to California where she utilized her creative talents in global marketing, public relations and business development for high tech companies.

Cindi founded Grand Arbor Press, LLC because she saw a need for someone with her talents in small to medium sized companies who wanted to expand their teams without increasing their payroll. Cindi enjoys creating calm from business chaos, thus injecting new-found energy into a company.

Cindi’s interests in the arts, fashion, green living, power players and philanthropic endeavors led her to regularly contribute articles in the luxury marketplace, including the Robb Report and Luxury Las Vegas magazines. In addition, her articles were published in Delta Sky as well as assigned pieces for Electronic News, plus numerous ghost-written articles for clients.

Exploring other forms of writing, Cindi now boasts several published books, including How to Screw Up A Good Idea – Insights for Entrepreneurs; Tame Those Pesky Details – 12 months of business tips; Destiny Drop – first book in the Diana Diaries series; Destiny Dollars – book two in the Diana Diaries series; Divatiel: Reflections of a bird’s companion – an homage to a fine feathered friend;  Java Jems: 5 Minute Inspirations for Busy People, a unique combination of spoken word and original music, nominated for an album of the year award in 2006 by Just Plain Folks; A Healing Heart – 5 Minute Inspirations for those who grieve; plus three children’s picture books: Icarus the Iguana, Who Am I Pink Edition and Who Am I Blue Edition; and The Basics of Buying Art. She’s also a contributing author to the books Life Choices: Pursuing Your Passion and Life Choices: It’s Never Too Late.

Cindi also co-anchored a cable news show in California for over two years.

When she temporarily turned to fashion design, Cindi quickly earned 1st prize in a contest sponsored by the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) and Nevada Fashion. She was also invited to participate in the prestigious Fashion Group International Rising Stars fashion design competition in New York.

After moving to Las Vegas and caring for her Mom, Cindi chose to pursue a childhood dream: working in the entertainment industry. Utilizing her creativity and writing skills, she’s written several screenplays and is currently producing her one-woman show titled, All the Cares in the World.

Her travels have taken her to 23 countries in North America, Europe and Asia.
